Sponsors at Gold or higher levels are offered complimentary booth space.

In consideration for participating as a JKYog International Festival of Yoga(Online virtual event)  vendor , [Company or Individual Legal Name as below], its agents, assignees, successors, employees, and guests hereinafter referred to as "Vendor Entity", hereby agree forever to RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE any host (Jagadguru Kripaluji Yog), or its sponsors, volunteers, representatives, employees, directors or any of their successors or assigns ("Released Parties") for any and all personal injuries, death or damages whatsoever, from whatever cause, supervised or unsupervised, including but not limited to negligence or carelessness on the part of the person named on this waiver.
Treat everyone with respect. Absolutely no harassment in chat or voice conversation.

Vendor is responsible for the product or service to be shipped/delivered. JKYog and it's volunteers are in  now way responsible to missed delivery or any kind of damage.

[Company or Individual Legal Name as below] covenants and agrees that by signing this release, he/she/it waives all known or unknown risks of harm, including but not limited to activities associated with yoga and with vendor exposition, or failure to abide by all facility and/or event rules, notices, warnings or notices posted publicly or provided in written form.

I/Vendor Entity undersigned agrees and acknowledges that IFY organizers and sponsors, their agents, volunteers, and employees are not responsible in any way for the merchandise, inventory items, sales, revenue, or any other personal or business items brought onto the IFY and hotel premises.

I/Vendor Entity hereby agree that in the event any claim arising out of any incidental or personal injury or damages to me/Vendor Entity, its agents, employees, volunteers, representatives, directors or any successors or assigns, no legal action shall be filed against the Released Parties. I shall indemnify and hold harmless such Released Parties against any and all such claims, including attorney's fees incurred by any person in defending such claims.

I/Vendor Entity have CAREFULLY READ the Release and Waiver of Liability and FULLY UNDERSTAND and am aware of its contents, and I sign it of my own free will. If I am representing a company, I hereby acknowledge that I am authorized to sign on behalf of the company.

I will abide by the DYF AND CONVENTION CENTER RULES AND REGULATIONS.
