2022 Ages 4 - 18 Youth Group Tennis Lessons in Castle Rock

Adult Certified Coaches Ben and Don will be overseeing this program to ensure your kids get the BEST instruction possible. We will have a max of 6 players to a court so we can MAXIMIZE their training!

Location: Bison Park or Castle View High School
**Due to the possible construction of Butterfield Park, we will try to accommodate ages 4-6 at Bison Park or Castle View High School but it will be based on signups. Please be flexible as we will do our best to get as many kids playing tennis as possible without taking away from our pathway program.

Dates: 2 week programs with 5 options for training days and times**

Option 1: Mondays only 8:30am - 10am
Option 2: Tuesday - Friday 9am to 10:30am
Option 3: Tuesday - Friday 10:30am - noon
Option 4: Monday/Wednesday/Friday 4:15pm - 5:45pm
Option 5: Saturdays 9am - 10:30am (ages 7+)
*All will have Coach Ben, Coach Don or a highly certified tennis coach on the court with your kids.
**All kids ages 4-6 will go for 1 hour and some options above will not be available for this age group.

*There is a 10% deduction for any extra children signed up. For example, if you have more than one child wanting to participate in a two week session, the second child (and any more you sign up) will receive a 10% discount.

All players will be grouped by their color and age. See the link above regarding our pathway with levels (colors).

Requirements: Every week (weather pending) starting in March we will have an opportunity for players to come out and hit for 30 minutes (free) to see what color group each player belongs to. The player will only need to do this once for the entire calendar year. This allows for a much more enjoyable experience for all players as they will be on the court with similar abilities. I will communicate the days for these hitting sessions (free of charge) through:
1. Those that sign up for this group lesson.

Our instructors are certified! Check out the requirements they go through that are very similar to the USTA that our adult coaches have done (a national certified program for tennis pros)

STEP 1 (For Ages 7+): Check off the session time you would like the 2 week group lessons to be. (max of 6 kids per court)

Option 1 ($37.50): Mondays only 8:30am - 10am (Castle View Tennis Courts)

Option 2 ($150): Tuesday - Friday 9am - 10:30am (Bison Park)

Option 3 ($150): Tuesday - Friday 10:30am - 12pm (Bison Park)

Option 4 ($115): Monday/Wednesday/Friday 4:15pm - 5:45pm (Bison Park)

STEP 2: Check off the 2 week session(s) that you would like to sign your child up for group lessons.

Week of May 30th (no Monday this week) and Week of June 6th. (at capacity, please find another week to sign up)

Week of June 13th and Week of June 20th. (close to capacity, please email castlerocktennis@gmail.com for availability)

Week of June 27th and Week of July 4th (no monday this week). (close to capacity, please email castlerocktennis@gmail.com for availability)

Week of July 11th and Week of July 18th.

Week of July 25th and Week of August 1st.

Week of August 8th only (half the price if you sign up for this week).

By registering, the participant’s parent agrees to follow and abide by all set rules of the Town of Castle Rock Parks and Recreation Department. Photo Release: I hereby grant the Town of Castle Rock, the Parks and Recreation Department and Castle Rock Tennis the right and license to use my and my child’s image or likeness in Castle Rock materials for internal and external audiences. These materials may include, but are not limited to, monthly reports, advertisements, brochures, the recreation guide, electronic newsletters, videos and the Town website. If you would like to be exempt from this authorization, please notify your program supervisor and/or our contracted photographer/videographer.
