Teaching elders, ruling elder commissioners, balancing elders, corresponding members, presenters and staff will gather in person. Advance registration is requested by Tuesday, May 30, 2023.

The sermon will be offered by the Rev. Paul Timothy Roberts, president of the Johnson C. Smith Theological Seminary, the only PC(USA) historically Black seminary.

The meeting theme -- Make Use of Our Hands -- will focus on anti-racism work within the presbytery and the work of our congregations in their own contexts.

Join conversation about the topic with members of the Presbytery's Racial Equity Cohort during a special drop-in breakfast fellowship time from 8 a.m. until the meeting opens.

Then learn more during special workshops after lunch. Choose from a workshop led by Rev. Roberts, or one led by the Rev. Jermaine Ross-Allam, director of the Presbyterian Mission Agency's Center for Repair of Historical Harms.

Lunch will be served after the business meeting ends. The meal will feature sandwich wraps with coleslaw, chips and a cookie. The cost will be $12 per person, and gluten-free wraps will be available. Please indicate during registration whether you plan to stay for lunch and send payment to the presbytery office BEFORE the meeting.

Childcare will be available in the nursery for children from birth to 5 years old during this meeting. Please indicate on the registration form the name and ages of each child that will need care. Registration for childcare must be submitted by Tuesday, May 30, 2023 so that adequate staffing can be arranged.
