The Digital Big Indie Pitch is back! Yes, we're ecstatic to be able to return to doing live events, but that's no reason to reduce our Big Indie Pitch offerings. As such, we've decided to blend both our physical and digital pitches together in order to make sure we offer opportunities to all indies in 2022 and beyond.

Our all-digital Big Indie Pitch offers shortlisted developers a chance to impress some of the best experts the industry has to offer (including journalists publishers, investors, and notable indies), answer questions and gather expert insight on their game. Without leaving your home or office…

Our unique speed dating format gives each developer 5 minutes with each panel of expert judges, meaning entrants will get real feedback from the event. The winners will also be covered across Steel Media's network of websites (such as Pocket Gamer and PC Games Insider), making this a great chance to get your game up in lights.

The closing date for entries is Monday 30th May 2022 (PC+Console) & Monday 18th July 2022 (Mobile).

*Though please submit early to avoid disappointment as places fill up extremely fast*

The basic criteria:

You can pitch games for Mobile and AR in the Mobile Pitch, or Switch, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, Mac and Linux in the PC+Console Pitch
You can pitch your game even if you’ve pitched it at a previous BIP
We prefer to see unreleased games, though we’re happy to see games that have been released in the last 6 months, or recently updated
We allow studios with a max of 12 members to enter the Big Indie Pitch (this includes the staff of any partners you are working with)

All submissions will be notified if they are successful in their application to pitch at the event. Please note that all entrants must be able to attend the event and Steel Media will not cover cover costs associated with getting to the event.
