EVENT FULL - Summer Chess Camp! July 24-28, 2023  
DATE : Monday July 24 to Friday July 28

TIME: Check In 9:30 - 10 AM **Doors open at 9:30 AM and camp begins at 10 AM.  
Check Out 3:30 - 4 PM **Camp concludes at 3:30 PM and doors close at 4 PM.
**A limited number of early drop off and late pick-up spots are available. Please inquire at fmchessclub2@gmail.com if required.

VENUE: Ptarmigan Nordic Ski Cabin

FEES : Non Members $300 / Fort McMurray Chess Club Members $200 
*Must have registered and paid for the 2023-2024 season to be eligible for the member discount.

PAYMENT : Please send EMT to payfmcc@gmail.com IMMEDIATELY after completing your registration.

**Payment must be received within 24 hours of your registration. Spots are limited and your registration is not complete until we receive payment.

Please bring your own snacks & water bottle everyday. 
Please bring your own lunch on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. 
*We will provide a barbecue lunch on Wednesday (weather permitting) and a pizza lunch on Friday!

*Please ensure your camper comes prepared with a water bottle, sunscreen, hat and running shoes each day as we will be outdoors (weather permitting).

Splash Day & Barbecue are scheduled for Wednesday (weather permitting). Please ensure your camper comes prepared with a towel and swimsuit/change of clothes they can splash around in.
