1. Be sure to fill out the form completely so everything gets prepared correctly.
2. Once completed, it will be submitted automatically. You may also drop the form off with the Dining Hall Cashier.
3. DB Dining Dollars, Cash/Visa/MasterCard, or one of your two Meal Swipes can be used for payment. You will be charged at the time you place your order.
4. Feel free to order as many meals in advance as you like as long as each meal has a separate form.
