Prior to the Festival, a BOOTH REGISTRATION FORM will be sent to all Sponsors. If your organization plans to have a booth, this form must be completed and returned in order to be assigned booth space. Booth locations will be assigned based on sponsorship level with proximity to stage being reserved for Corporate and Community Stage Level Sponsors.
In the past, some sponsors have designated their Booth space for use by another entity.
If a Sponsoring Organization chooses to do this:
1. The Sponsor must email Sponsor Coordinator (
treasurer@maconpride.org) and let them know of the change no later than the Booth Registration Deadline.
2. The entity using the booth space must:
-- be registered as a non-profit with the state of Georgia.
-- register their booth through the normal registration method.
-- follow all guidelines for booth sponsors.
