If a course we offer is full, we encourage you to register for another location near you (if any) to be sure you get to take your course if a seat does not open in your preferred location. You may still complete this form to join a wait list for your preferred location and we will contact you to confirm a transfer if a seat opens for you. If we offer more than one session in that location, you will automatically be added to a wait list for both/either session. Please only fill out this form more than once if you are joining a wait list for a different location.

You must respond by registering for the course within 24 hours of receiving the invitation or the space will be offered to the next person on the waiting list.
