EQAO Math June Writing Opportunity

The Grade 9 EQAO Assessment of Mathematics is administered at the end of the Grade 9 de-streamed mathematics course. It was scheduled to take place in late January at the end of Quadmester 2; however, due to the school closures after the winter break, the decision was made not to administer the assessment at that time.

If your child was enrolled in the Grade 9 de-streamed math course in Quadmester 2 and you would like your child to have the opportunity to complete EQAO on dates and times decided upon by the school, please complete the form below.

Please note:

The Grade 9 EQAO Assessment of Mathematics is not mandatory for students who took the course in Quadmester 2 and is not a requirement for graduation.

The result of a Quadmester 2 student writing in June will not change the final mark in the course.

Your child will miss class time in another subject in order to complete EQAO in June and will be responsible for completing any outstanding work.
