Ski Club Survey 21-22
Please complete and submit this form if you are 100% certain that your child(ren) would participate in the Ski Club, if it is offered this year.  Decisions about whether or not we can offer the program will be made based on a commitment from families.  Thank you.

Please note the following information before making a commitment:

*  Ski Club will take place between Jan. 7th - Feb. 11th, for 5 consecutive weeks, with an additional week planned in the event of a snow day.
*  Fundraising opportunities will likely be available.
*  Students in PreK - Gr. 1 or (6 + under) will need a parent chaperone to attend.  (Required by Berkshire East)
*  We will need parent chaperones to help support the program.
*  Cost for the program is as follows: Lift tickets - $140, Rentals - $89, Helmet Only - $50, Lessons - $64 + the cost of the bus, which will be divided amongst all skiers.
*  Busing will be provided from Emma Miller to Berkshire East and then back to school.  Bus will leave school at approx. 11:15 and return at approx. 5:00pm.
