Our definition of being 'actively involved' is attending church services, participating in a small group, and/or serving on at least one team. This question is to help us understand any challenges that you may face and provide the appropriate support, if required. Please tell us about any past, present or ongoing health challenges that you face (including physical, mental or emotional health) or any other medical issues that you have. This is helpful for us to know when planning activities during the course, such as the Orientation Day.

The course will involve weekly lessons and note taking, a significant amount of reading, and the writing of an assignment each term (to be completed online). So please tell us about any learning difficulties or academic challenges you think you will face.
