「正極思動」是香港醫療護理發展協會(下稱「協會」)的屬會，由一班運動員，包括港隊成員、全職運動員及運動愛好者成立，旨在透過運動示範、講座、別出心裁的活動，推廣正確的運動方法，向公眾帶出正面、積極的訊息，鼓勵全民運動，提升身心健康。
本會希望透過免費運動講座，為會員帶來正確運動資訊，會員更有機會享有健康檢測或運動用品的優惠。
