About the Researcher:
Sonia David is pursuing her Ph.D. in Psychology from JAIN University, Bangalore. She is an experienced child and adolescent psychologist and a school counsellor. She is a published author and a spoken poet. She is a positive psychologist and uses various techniques of self-compassion and self-love to promote self-esteem and enhance positive catharsis through talk therapy and film therapy.

Since the participants are above the legal age of 18, ethical considerations with respect to permission from respective participants have been taken into consideration as well.
