Registration Period:

- April 12 to May 6 Current Student Registration ;

-May 7th Open Registration where all applications will be strictly processed in the order of the time & date stamp
 of this completed form;

-Class sizes are limited to ensure a quality program;

-A waiting list will be created once a class is full.

-Register even if your plans are uncertain for the season. As a courtesy, the Cotillion board has agreed to issue full refunds up until August 8th.  After that date, should you withdraw from the program for any reason, your fee will be refunded on a pro-rated basis minus an administrative fee of $500.00.  Notifications must be received at least 7 days prior to the next Cotillion evening to be eligible for a refund.  
Should you withdraw from the program after December 31, 2021, no refunds will be given.

This form is for students entering grade 6 in the American School System for the 2021-2022 School year.

Price: The cost of the program per participant is $5,700.00


This year Cotillion Invitations will be delivered electronically to both the student and the adult responsible for the registration form.
