I understand that I am not volunteering with a formal organisation or registered charity – K&C Mutual Aid Clothes Bank is made up only of individual volunteers helping each other and other members of the community.

I therefore understand that as a volunteer I do not owe any obligation other than standard obligations that individuals might have as one neighbour to another.

I understand that I volunteer completely at my own risk.

I understand that the Clothes Bank is assisting individuals who may come from countries where childhood vaccinations are not commonplace and so I recognise I may be putting myself at additional risk if I have not had the relevant childhood/adult vaccinations myself.  

I acknowledge that I am aware of the risks posed and that I have no medical condition that prevents me from volunteering.

Data protection: With the exception of your phone number the information you provide here will only be visible to the administrators of Kensington & Chelsea Mutual Aid Group and your information will only be used for the purpose of coordinating volunteers. Your phone number will be visible on the Volunteer WhatsApp group. If you do not want your information used for this purpose, do not complete this form.
