West Park UCC is committed to offering a helping hand to others. A portion of our endowed funds are allocated annually to provide financial support to worthwhile organizations whose mission is in line with our own. If you would like to request a donation to an organization, please complete the following information.

For first time requests greater than $500 and for renewals greater than $1000, a representative of the organization must be present at the Board of Stewardship and Finance meeting when the application is presented. The person submitting this application should coordinate scheduling with the chairperson of the board. The representative may join virtually or in person.
