Outside of health, we have partners in industrial water monitoring, aquaculture, agriculture, conservation biology and more. High school students are testing for mislabeled sushi. Quantified Selfers are tracking their microbiome. Everyday users are even testing their own DNA for genetic markers.

We are also currently working to manufacture and distribute COVID-19 test kits in the United States and Canada. It’s a good time to come onboard.

Job Description
Biomeme is looking for an entry-level software engineer to help continue our development of modern stack biological applications. Biomeme wholly engineers PCR tests, portable thermocyclers, and a cloud software system. The developer will be responsible for supporting the existing software team. They will develop test suites, style applications, build supporting tooling, and create a proof of concept applications. This is a growth position and the developer will be expected to expand their skills and responsibilities within the team over time.

REQUIREMENTS:
--  Less than 1-year experience
- Understanding of JavaScript and CSS
- Self-motivated
- Able to work as part of a fast-paced team with highly agile priorities
- Understanding of unit and system testing best practices
