Dexter Jeopardy! is an old-fashioned, low-tech version of the Jeopardy! game show. It will be played on the Monument Park gazebo in front of a live audience during the Bicentennial celebration, the weekend of June 21 through June 23, 2024. The exact times are to be determined. Questions will focus on Dexter and its history, with a few “hodge-podge” questions thrown in for fun. Prizes will be awarded, but don’t expect to become rich! Our goal is to entertain, educate and enjoy.
Contestants should be well informed about local and Michigan history and should be ready for obscure trivia and some silliness. There is no age limit, but any participant under the age of 18 must be teamed with an adult so that the game will be competitive. Teams of two people will be considered. We may conduct interviews of contestant-candidates to ensure a good fit.
