In an effort to be proactive and give our student athletes the best opportunity to maximize social distancing, we are allowing parents to transport their student(s) to away events. By completing this form you will be allowed to pick your student up at the same time the team is dismissed to load the school bus for the game. You will then be responsible to transport your student to the athletic event. If you are unable to transport your student to a particular game, your student WILL be allowed to ride the bus. Completing this form just allows your student the option to ride with you to the game when that works.

If your student needs to ride the bus to all athletic events, do NOT complete this form.
