Government services have increasingly moved online. Has this created a problem for you or the people you help?

For example, has it been harder claiming Employment Support Allowance, Universal Credit, Job Seekers Allowance, Personal Independence Payment, Housing Benefit, Council Tax Reduction, or Pension Credit? If so, please fill in our questionnaire. We want to hear from you about your experiences so we can ensure that people still have a choice over how they engage with government services.

About the Digital Equality Group

Co-ordinated by WaveLength charity, the Digital Equality Group consists of several organisations including British Wireless for the Blind Fund, Citizens Online, Independent Age, Research Institute for Disabled Consumers, and the Rural Community Council Network. The group is concerned with people who find accessing, acquiring, and utilising digital technology difficult. The group works to ensure that the movement of services online does not marginalise and/or exclude any groups, including those who may not choose, or be able to, participate in a digital future.
