MOVEMENT OF VEHICLES REGULATIONS

*** Please note the following points relating to the bringing of vehicles to The Festival of Cultures 2024:

*there will be NO MOVEMENT ALLOWED of any vehicle between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm on each day of the festival

* NO VEHICLES to be left on the pitch during the festival hours

PITCH REGULATIONS

*Food pitch sizes: 3x3m and 3x6m

*No vehicles or any other equipment to be stored outside of the allocated pitch

PLEASE NOTE that all stalls must be secured and left overnight on the pitch as overnight security will be provided!

TRADING TIME: 10am till 6pm each day (mandatory), can be extend till 8pm the latest as this is the closing time for the festival each night.

APPLICATIONS ALLOCATIONS

*as the number of pitches for the festival is limited, the stalls manager will choose the traders that will be given a space at the festival according to the variety of the offerings from a different origins/backgrounds

*as the number of pitches is limited, we are unable to accept any requests regarding the exact location of a particular stall

*applications without necessary certificates (PLI, food&hygiene) send by the given date may be withdrawn due to the rule:first come, first served

*payments that are made after the given date may be fully refunded and application withdrawn

*cancellation notice : 7 days prior to the festival a 10% admin fee will be applied, 48 hours before -30% admin fee will be applied, 24 hours before- 50% cancellation fee will be applied
