Free Dental Event Registration Form (Aug.15)
Each attendee will receive a 20-minute "Oral Wellness Check" service in 4 volunteer-led stations , which includes:
1. Oral Screening
2. Oral Hygiene Education
3. Fluoride Treatment (if needed)
4. List of free/affordable resources

If interested, patients can also get a free zdenture service that is separate from the 20min appointment slot. For more information, please contact the Filipino-Canadian Dental Hygienists' Society at (437)770-8826.
