REGISTER FOR BSMA Summer Programs. See listings below. Please complete separate form for each child, OR list child's info and class desired for the additional child(ren) in Notes section below. Following our summer programs policies and completing a BSMA waiver form is part of the registration process. Registration will be confirmed once spots in the class are verified and payment is received. Classes may be subject to cancellation, should attendance levels not meet our minimum requirements.
