Cancellation of elevator bookings must be submitted in writing to the Management Office by two (2) business days before the booking. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of $50.00 will be charged.

I agree that I will be held liable for any damages that may occur due to the use of the elevator by me or my agents. If damage is incurred to the common elements of the condominium due to activity during this reservation, the registered unit owner shall be severally responsible to the Corporation for the cost of repairing any such damage. This includes the doors, hallways, floors, elevators, and exterior portions of suite doors. Residents who breach the Elevator Booking and Moving rules are subject to incur the costs of all repairs.

I agree to advise the management office after the completion of the move so that an inspection can be completed and the elevator pads may be removed from the elevator.

If I fail to advise the management office at the time of completion, I understand I will be responsible for any damages created after I complete my move.
