December Baking Class: Blitz Puff Pastry
Making a traditional laminated dough involves in a days-long process to yield that delicious flaky pastry. Join us as we make a Blitz Puff Pastry that yields a delicious laminated dough in a fraction of the time. The Mid-Prairie High School Culinary Department is offering this baking class for community adults on Thursday evening, December 15. We'll make our pastry, then turn it into a sweet dessert and some savory pastries to take home.  Come join the fun!!

Here are the details:
  • Thursday evening, December 15, 6pm - 8pm 
  • Mid-Prairie Culinary Classroom - Room 154 - Mid-Prairie High School, 1634 Hwy. 22, Wellman
  • Cost - $45 (includes pastries to take home and access to all recipes)
  • Class size is limited to 12 members  (minimum class size = 8)
  • Instructor: Glenda Seward              Sous Chef: Sarah O'Rourke             Numerous student assistants
How do I sign up? FIRST, complete this form. THEN, under the Parents & Students tab, click on RevTrack Online Payment. Under that tab, Log in or Create an Account so you can click on the School Fees tab and find HS Adult Community Class 'Blitz Puff Pastry'. You will be able to enter your name and pay the $45 which secures your registration. Class details will be emailed to you during the week prior to our cooking class.
