Enter your name, size and ward to sign up for a T-Shirt (See Image at the bottom of page).  They are 60/40 cotton/poly upper-level shirts. We are asking for a $15 donation to cover the cost.  This can be paid by Venmo to @SaveOS-org (See the QR code at the bottom of the form.) There are only 100 shirts of varying sizes so its first come, first served.
