OAK Organic Transition Program - Farm Application
Are you a farmer interested in pursuing USDA Organic Certification for a farming operation? If you would like technical assistance to prepare an application for the certifier please complete the form below. Organic Specialists in this program, can assist farmers in preparing for organic certification, developing record keeping systems, sharing what to expect during an organic inspection, discuss approved and prohibited materials, answer production questions and demystify the National Organic Program regulations and certification process.

A developed farm business plan is strongly encouraged.
Submission of application does not guarantee placement with an Organic Specialist.
OAK staff will follow up with you within a week of receiving your completed application.
