The Sri Sathya Sai International Organization (SSSIO) is providing you this program registration portal to enhance your experience when participating in SSSIO programmes, activities, events and/or conferences.

This section hereby explains how your personal data is processed and how its corresponding rights are protected in registering for the program.

1. Lawfulness of the processing of personal data
As we are entering into an informal, non-financial and non-binding agreement with you for your participation in the above SSSIO event, processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of this event in which the data subject is a party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into an agreement.

2. What will you be asked to provide?
- Full name
- Email address
- Profession
- Phone number(s)
- Country of residence
- Current/Prior SSSIO experience
- Any special skill you may have to volunteer

3. What will your information be used for?
SSSIO may use the collected information to:
- Arrange for your needs at the event you registered for
- Request volunteer service in relation to the event you registered for
- Provide relevant communication regarding the event for which you are registering.

4. How will your information be protected?
Your information will be stored in a secure server. In the event of any security breach likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedom, you will be notified within 72 hours.

5. How long will we keep your data?
We will keep your data for a maximum of 6 months after the event.

6. Where do we process your data?
Your data is processed in the country in which you register for the event. In addition, your data shall be processed in USA and India. Both countries have appropriate processes and measures in place that ensure your data is safe and used in accordance with this document.

7. Who has access to my personal data and any one I might have referred in the form?
Your personal data will be processed only by members of the SSSILP team all of whom are members of SSSIO appointed by the SSSIO International Young Adults Committee. No third parties will be allowed access to your personal data. Your personal data will not be profiled.
