Nominations must be received eight weeks prior to the Softball Queensland Inc Annual General Meeting held in July each year and must be accompanied by a Personal Profile Form. Nominations are due Friday 17 May 2024.

SQI Softball Service Award Categories, relevant timeframe eligibility and recognition memento are as follows:

Bronze Softball Service Award:
• Service rendered over a period of not less than five (5) consecutive years

Silver Softball Service Award:
• Service rendered over a period of not less than ten (10) years
• Badge and certificate to be awarded
• A recipient of a SQI Silver Service Award may be nominated for a Softball Australia Ltd Service Award.

Gold Softball Service Award:
• Service rendered over a period of not less than fifteen (15) years

 Platinum Softball Service Award:
• Service rendered over a period of not less than twenty (20) years

 Diamond Softball Service Award:
• Service rendered over a period of not less than twenty-five (25) years
