Summer Camp begins with an intense training session for staff, followed by eight six-day work weeks. Staff are with children 24 hours a day with very little down time. They will be in the sun and heat a lot of that time. Program Staff are asked to do a great number of things while they are here and have to be flexible and willing to do the same things week after week.
