This form is reserved for companies, associations, or groups who wish to have displays or tables at OFLTA conferences. Exhibitor registration includes one six foot table and one free lunch to company/association's representative.
After completing this form, please visit the OFLTA eShop to pay exhibitor registration and extra lunches.

2019 Fall Conference: September 21nd 7:30-4:00 at Casady School in Oklahoma City, OK
You may arrive at 7:30 to set up your table. If you reserved a table, but do not plan to be at the conference, please let us know who your local representative(s) will be. If you reserved a table and no one will man the table, please contact Zach Grimm, Past President at president@teamoore.org about setting up materials.

OFLTA does not share its member or conference registration lists with Exhibitors/Vendors; however, you are welcome to have sign-up information at your table.

If your company would like to sponsor our conference with swag, gift cards, or a monetary donation towards conference fees (registration, catering, etc.) please let us know by September 6th so that your company logo can be added to our conference badges and in our conference program.
