Storytelling can be a powerful tool for imagining and planning for our future. The City of Tacoma is re-imagining our Climate Action Plan and we want to hear from you about the future you want.

The impacts of climate change threaten our health and prosperity, particularly those in our community already most vulnerable. The City recognizes that we are in a climate emergency and it will take a great deal of collaborative work from organizations, businesses, and the community to tackle our climate action goals towards a more equitable, just, and sustainable future.

We invite you to share with us your story of a more sustainable Tacoma in 2030!
The following section will ask you to reflect on how you think your life and the community around may be different in the future. Then, you will be prompted to submit an optional short story from your vision of Tacoma in 2030. It's time to get creative and envision what a better, more livable, future might look like for our city!
