Engineer/Volunteer Application - Elevate 2025
Please provide the requested information below to be considered for a position as an Elevate! Engineer (volunteer) at our in-person events in 2025. (We will contact you if you are selected.) All volunteer applications are appreciated, however there are a maximum amount of volunteers we can have at each event. If you are selected and you choose to accept, please take the commitment seriously. We will be counting on you to make the event(s) a success.

When signing up to volunteer for Elevate, please understand the importance of this role. We can't execute our events without mind-blowing volunteers such as yourself, therefore, we'll be counting on you. Sure, there is usually an abundance of people interested in volunteering. However, we can only select a maximum quantity per event. Therefore, if you are chosen, PLEASE be sure that you COMMITTED to the job. We will ask this again upon our contact with you, when/if you selected. 

If a volunteer who has committed does not show up, it puts the entire conference at risk. Not only is Elevate! counting on you but so are teachers from around the world!! 

Volunteers are required to arrive by 9 am on Day One of the conference to help with set-up. Volunteers are required to remain until 6pm on Day 3 of the conference. These times are subject to change without advance notice. * Dates are at the top of this form.
