This code of conduct for Maddy and Megan's Tutoring Club is designed to ensure that everyone involved is getting the best experience! By giving us your information below and allowing us to get a feel for your take on our club, we want to ensure participant confidentiality to you, as well as appropriate behavior from the participants.

We want to make sure you understand all guidelines and privacy matters about our club. If you are confused on anything, we had you fill in your email so we can reach out and clear everything up for you. This survey is for club members of all ages: if you are a parent filling this out for your young child, that is great, and if you are old enough to fill it out on your own, that is great too!
