Please fill out this form in its entirety and pay the $200 fee prior to the start of camp. Our $200 summer camp fee covers all production materials for each actor, costumes, comp tickets for parents, a professional headshot session with our company photographer, cast party, and liability insurance. Financial assistance is available upon request. Parents may pay the production fee by check or online at www.luckenbooththeatre.com. Which 2 Week Production Camp would you like to enroll in? *

Harold and the Purple Crayon, an Adapt2Act Production (age 10 - 18): The cast will rehearse M - F from 9am to 1pm beginning July 8th and continuing through July 18. Parents will be able to drop actors off as early as 8:30am. The show will perform July 19 - 21. Luckenbooth's Adapt2Act program is designed specifically for children and teens with special needs and offers classes, productions and access to Season events via specialized Relaxed Performances. Harold and the Purple Crayon will pair each actor with an acting coach (a fellow Academy student) who will assist with their development through rehearsals and shadow them during performances.

The Little Prince (age 6 - 18): The cast will rehearse M - F from 9am to 1pm beginning August 5th and continuing through August 15th. Parents will be able to drop actors off as early as 8:30am. The show will perform August 16 - 18.

Harold and the Purple Crayon will be our first Adapt2Act production. Adapt2Act is designed specifically for children and teens with special needs. Each student will paired with an acting coach (a fellow, able bodied Academy student), who will assist with their development through rehearsals and shadow them during performances. Luckenbooth has a zero tolerance policy when it comes to bullying or other matters that may be sensitive to those enrolled in this camp. Anyone who fails to meet these expectations will be asked to leave the camp and their production fee will not be refunded. *
