Purpose: This form is designed for the residents of Wagener Terrace seeking the Wagener Terrace Neighborhood Association's (WTNA) support for their proposed house modifications.

Process:

Submission: Complete and submit this form to provide WTNA with the necessary details for evaluating your request.
Review: Submitting this form does not guarantee WTNA's endorsement. WTNA does not have the authority to formally approve or deny your proposed modifications or plan. However, we play a vital role in voicing community perspectives.
Monthly Meeting Involvement: All requests are considered at our monthly membership meetings. Once your form is submitted, you will be invited to the upcoming meeting.
Your Participation: To strengthen your request, you are encouraged to bring along any letters of support or verbal confirmations from your immediate neighbors. This demonstrates community consensus and helps in understanding the neighborhood's viewpoint.
