I understand that the License to Carry course will be 4 hours long. I will be required to complete a written test with a score of 70% or above and a proficiency test (Range) with a score of 170 out of 250. Failure to meet these minimum requirements will require remediation. I also understand that I will be required to apply with the Texas Department of Public safety to obtain a License To Carry.
