2024 Open T.R.A.I.L. Ranch - New Participant Summer Camp Registration
Open T.R.A.I.L. Ranch exists to serve those with disabilities of all kinds for all ages in our community. One way we do that is through our very popular annual Summer camp programs. We provide camp-style lessons for individuals with disabilities and their siblings starting at age 6 into adulthood and beyond. Summer camp is broken up into Summer Camp 1 (June 10th - July 5th) and Summer Camp 2 (July 8th - August 2nd). Which consists of 1 session per week for 4 weeks on the same day each week from 8:30am-12pm. The cost of one summer camp session (4 weeks) is $400, or if you enroll in both Summer Session 1 and Summer Session 2 it is discounted to $725 for both together.

Registration is open now through April 15, 2024 for interested participants for our Summer Camp programs. Spots are very limited and not guaranteed until confirmed by The Program Director. Those who are interested will require an evaluation by OTR Staff to be scheduled before the start of the session. Cost of an evaluation to determine eligibility of services is $100, paid in advance through Quickbooks invoicing, sometimes cash or check can be accommodated as long as it is received no less than 48 hours in advance of the evaluation. This evaluation will be good to carry over should you/your participant continue services with us in the Fall for our yearly programs.

The Program Director will reach out to those that have fully submitted this form to schedule an evaluation to determine eligibility for services within 2 weeks after the close of enrollment. Once an evaluation is scheduled an online invoice for the evaluation will be sent out and need to be paid in full within 48 hours to secure and lock in the evaluation.
