A Participant Meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 14, 6PM and a representative from your group must attend to go over rules, line up position and details for the day.

Set up time: 7:00AM

You must bring your own set-up, power, trash removal supplies, etc.

There will be NO SALES of: silly string or other materials that stick to pavement, weapons of any kind, other items at the discretion of the vendor coordinator

We reserve the right to decline applications that are not conducive to our family-friendly event.
