TMS Scheduler Video Recording Request Form

This form is used to request a recording alias to be setup within the Telepresence Management Suite (TMS).

It allows the site's scheduler to add the recording to a scheduled session and also the end user to authenticate with the requested username and password to retrieve the archived videos for online viewing.

TMS credentials are required to complete this form.
