Event Timing: SATURDAY December 10th 9 AM - 12 PM (3 1 HOUR SHIFTS)
Warehouse Location: 301 N Randall Road, Batavia. Located between Kohl’s and Office Max.
GSA & HOLD HARMLESS FORM: All volunteers are required to sign our GSA & Hold Harmless Release form upon arrival to the warehouse. Form must be signed by a parent or guardian if the volunteer is under 18. See attached form.
PROPER DRESS: includes sneakers or any other comfortable shoes. Dress in layers as the warehouse can get cold.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE: Enter the building through the sliding doors. Ring the bell located to the right of the door. A volunteer will meet you and open the second sliding door.
VOLUNTEERS MUST BE AT LEAST 5 YEARS OF AGE, and minors must be accompanied by an adult 21 years of age or older for the duration of the volunteer shift.
A CHAPERONE MUST ACCOMPANY MINOR VOLUNTEERS. A ratio of 1 adult for every 5 minors ages 5-9 and a ratio of 1 adult for every 10 minors ages 10-13 is required.
