It is FREE to participate in the Flagstaff Fresh market, however, you are responsible for your own market set-up including table, table cloth, tent (keep in mind it is an outdoor market and it could rain), power (if needed), and all other equipment you require to set up your booth. Because you have applied does not guarantee you a spot at the market. In order to be eligible your business must be:

- dedicated to quality and craftsmanship.

- exclusive to all things locally handmade, grown or produced. No wholesale, resale, or commercial retail business is permitted.

You do NOT have to be participating in the Flagstaff Crafted Program in order to participate as a vendor at a Flagstaff Fresh Market.

1. Barricades will be set up at 12:00 pm on the street south of Devonian Park in Forestburg to ensure that the street is clear of all vehicles prior to market opening.
2. Vendors must be set up and ready to operate by 3:45 pm the day of the market.
3. Public selling begins at 4:00 pm and ends at 7:00 pm.
4. Sold out vendors must display a "sold out" sign on their table and remain completely set up and present at their booth until 7:00 pm. They are not permitted to leave early.
5. Vendors are responsible for removing and taking away their garbage from the market and stall cleanup. Vendors offering samples must supply garbage containers for their customers in an easily accessible location, and must remove the containers with all the garbage when they leave.
6. And most importantly, HAVE FUN!!
