1) Piesakot darbu konkursam, dalībnieks vienlaicīgi apliecina, ka konkursam pieteiktais darba saturs ir oriģināldarbs – nav pārkopēts no citu autoru radītiem darbiem bez viņu piekrišanas. Dalībnieks apliecina, ka saturs nepārkāpj trešo personu tiesības.
2) Konkursa organizatori neuzņemas nekādu atbildību par iespējamiem konfliktiem starp personām, kuras apstrīd autortiesības.
3) Piesakot darbu konkursam, dalībnieks bez atlīdzības piešķir konkursa organizatoriem neatsaucamas un teritoriāli neierobežotas darba mantiskās autortiesības, tajā skaitā tiesības darbu izstādīt izstādēs, publicēt, izplatīt, publiskot, izmanot konkursa publicitātei, tajā skaitā interneta vidē un izdales materiālos.
4) Konkursa dalībniekam saglabājas autora personiskās autortiesības, tai skaitā tiesības uz vārdu, kā arī īpašuma tiesības uz darbu. Konkursa organizatoriem izmantojot konkursa darbu jebkurā formā, konkursa dalībnieku vārds tiks minēts.

3) By submitting a work to the contest, the participant grants the contest organizers irrevocable and territorially unlimited property copyright of the work, including the right to exhibit the work in exhibitions, publish, distribute, publicize, using the contest's publicity, including in the Internet environment and handouts, free of charge.
4) The contestant retains the personal copyright of the author, including the right to the name, as well as the property right to the work. Contest organizers will mention the name of the contestants when using the contest work in any form.
