Thank you for your interest in participating in this year's program.  Please note that PMX is Virtual and Global this year!  

Please fill out the form accordingly.  All fields are required unless otherwise specified. Entries must be received no later than November 7, 2020, 11:59 p.m. to ensure timely promotion and scheduling.  Entries submitted after will not be guaranteed.  Please fill out an entry form for each panel/workshop you wish to present.  All entries are subject to review.  You will be contacted by a PMX staff once your entry has been reviewed.  Approval of entry will follow.
