1. Payment Plans

Payment Plans are available upon election in this form. By electing to a Payment Plan, you are agreeing to pay the full account balance by the due date: 20 April 2023. Payments that are not made prior to the balance due date may incur interest and related charges and may be referred to debt collection services.

Katiara Retreats will issue payment requests via our Wise account for each instalment payable under a Payment Plan.

2. Earlybird Offer

For those who wish to pay in full by 20 November 2023 a reduced rate will be provided. The Earlybird Offer is $1999 AUD per person twin share or $2,799 AUD private . A payment request via our Wise account will be issued by Katiara Retreats.

3. Travel Insurance

It is a requirement of Katiara Retreats that participants have international travel insurance cover prior to attending a Katiara Retreat. It is the responsibility of the Traveller to ensure that travel insurance is taken out prior to the commencement of the retreat. Katiara Retreats is not responsible or liable for any theft, loss or damage to any personal property or persons wellbeing. While the coverage provided by travel insurance varies based on the policy you select, as a general rule your cover must insure you for overseas medical and trip delay/cancellation.

Please ensure you understand what your travel insurance policy will cover you for.

The registrant agrees to provide a copy of a valid travel insurance certificate to Katiara Retreats prior to the retreat start date.

4. Refund Policy

Katiara Retreats is unable to offer refunds for this retreat. Payments made to Katiara Retreats are on paid to Basundari Retreat Centre in Ubud, who will not issue refunds.

Should the Indonesian Government announce that travel into Indonesia is not possible, Basundari Retreat Centre will enable the retreat will be rescheduled to another date. Refunds are not available if you are no longer able to attend any newly set dates.

We reserve the right to cancel any trip at any time if, due to natural disaster, political unrest, or other disruptions and/or events beyond our control (“Force Majeure events”), the operating of the trip would be unsafe or otherwise unviable. Additionally, if any restrictions are imposed by the Commonwealth Government or any state or territory government, Katiara Retreats will advocate for a change of dates for the retreat - although not guaranteed to be accepted by Basundari Retreat Centre. In which case, refunds will not be possible.

In any scenario, where possible, if you are no longer able to attend this retreat and we are able to fill your space with another guest, we will provide you a refund. We will not be able to provide you a refund if we are unable to fill your space.

Refunds will not be issued because of any Covid-19 interference or restrictions.
