Premise I

I grant Camp Lachlan  permission to take photographs and video and other media recordings of my child. I understand that Camp Lachlan may use these photographs and recordings for promotion, marketing, training, and advertising to promote the Camp Lachlan experience. The use of such photographs and recordings will not constitute a violation of the rights of my child, any person or organization. I understand that Camp Lachlan will NOT use my child's full name for promotion, marketing, training, or advertising.

Premise II

I release and hold Camp Lachlan harmless from any and all present and future claims for compensation or damages relating to this release.
