You will be greeting, and providing assistance to, individual travelers or groups at the airport including
- Business Executives
- Dignitaries
- Special Needs and Elderly Travelers
Skills necessary to perform the job
- Professional, courteous in manner and dress (business attire)
- Prior aviation experience (1 year)
- Warm and willing to assist
- Superior problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of the terminal layout and available facilities
- Ability to respond well to difficult situations
- Emotional resilience, able to handle pressure and meet timelines
- Must exhibit a “Passion for Service”
- Must display a diplomatic demeanor
- Must take ownership and be accountable for results
- Ability to work without immediate supervision
- Multi-lingual preferred (but not necessary)
Standards
- Able to work during airport hours, sometimes nights, weekends or holidays
- Ability to pass security background check and drug testing
- Qualified to obtain valid airport I.D. badge which we will facilitate
- Must be able to clearly understand and communicate in English when performing essential job functions
