This Application is for those who are attending the retreat as a STAFF MEMBER not to be a retreater for BKA 26 (FALL 2024). PLEASE NOTE: to participate in the retreat, an initial fee of $50 is required. This amount covers expenses for, meals, housing accommodation, a commemorative t-shirt, and a guaranteed spot for our retreat.

We kindly request your payment method for the expenses. Below, you will find a Venmo account designated for your convenience in remitting funds. Alternatively, cash payments are accepted. PLEASE NOTE: failure to submit payment within 14 days of registration will result in a temporary suspension of your application until payment is received.

For inquiries regarding the retreat, payment assistance, or any other matters, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at (936) 291-2620. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and Sunday from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. PLEASE NOTE that the allocated $50 does not encompass travel expenses, particularly for individuals commuting from out of town. Such costs are the responsibility of the attendee and should be managed accordingly. We appreciate your understanding and preparedness in this regard. Carpooling is highly suggested. God bless!
