By signing this form: I hereby, for myself, my heirs, and executors waive, release, and forever discharge any and all rights, claims for damages, demands, or actions which I may have or may hereafter accrue to me against the International Horror Hotel Film Festival, the location establishment, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors and affiliated organizations,  for any and all injuries suffered, even death, by me in any manner related to the event, including but not limited to set-up, festival events, breakdown, clean-up, and publicity of said events. I understand that I will be a volunteer and that International Horror Hotel Film Festival does not assume any responsibility or obligation to provide financial assistance or other assistance, including but not limited to, medical, health, or disability insurance. I further understand that I have read the International Horror Film Festival's Rules and Regulations and agree to comply. I further affirm that the information provided herein is true and accurate.
