If you attended the Maine Dental Association Annual Convention Course on Friday, May 21st you have the option to complete this exit exam to receive a Certificate of Completion for six hours of ADA CERP continuing education credits. Your participation is voluntary, but certificates will only be issued to those who receive a passing grade of 60% or higher. The deadline for completing this exam is June 15, 2021.
